The Grout Brothers were called in when the installation of our new tile floor had to be acid washed due to excessive grout remaining on the tile surface after installation. The acid wash turned the grout to grey and we had specified Earth, a brown color. They came in and stained and sealed the grout back to the Earth color and the results were amazing. The work they completed on our new floors was so good that we hired them to stain and seal our bathroom floor and seal our shower. This floor was extremely dirty and the grout was a dark, almost black color. The results were again amazing. The bathroom floor picture, with the small glass tile trim, shows the results. The Grout Brothers were professional, on time, very clean, and did an amazing job. The results exceeded our expectations. We can highly recommend their services.

Highly recommend Samuel and his team. He came out quickly for a quote and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work being done. We chose very light grout when we built the house almost 2 years ago and didn’t know we should’ve sealed the grout. So, almost 2 years later, the grout in our high traffic areas was really dark. No amount of cleaning could get them back to their original color. Samuel and his team stained and sealed the grout and now my floors look brand new. Very happy with their work - I love my floors again! I attached a before/after for comparison.

Amazing beginning to end! I picked this company to seal the grout in the new home I purchased based on their 5 star ratings and they did not disappoint! Samuel was very professional, explained everything thoroughly, and did a fantastic job COMMUNICATING with me throughout the process. I wasn’t sure if I wanted a tinted seal or clear, and they gave me options & guidance, and I am so pleased with how it turned out! When they arrived to do the job, I let them know that I had not even thought about the fact that I should seal the grout on my kitchen backsplash, and they made time to do that, too. The crew cleaned up after the job, were very thorough, polite and professional. I will definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them!

Had toyed with the idea of complete replacement of tiles but selected this route instead. Pleased I made the decision. Great improvement in the appearance of the floors and changing from dark to light grout made the rooms look bigger. Very competent and clean workers, also personable and polite.

Honest Hardworking young men Worth every penny

Samuel came and gave us an estimate. Very polite and punctual. He broke the estimate down into 4 separate choices. We opted for 2 of them and reserved the possibility of staining the floor grout until we saw how it looked after their cleaning. They scheduled the work within in week. Samuel and Avery…one of the many brothers arrived on time. The floor looked so good after the cleaning we did not need to stain it. They caulked and/ or grouted where needed around our entire house. Very professional and clean. Highly recommend.

I am in the remodeling industry myself, and PRAISE what The Grout Brothers do! If you’re not absolutely turned off and disgusted by the look of your tile, keep it! You’re not only saving time but the cost of demo, dust migration and flooring installation - woah! Salvage what you have and reduce debris in our landfills by deep cleaning and recoloring the grout lines. In my case, we purchased a home built in ‘05 with original tile in tact… but the lingering reminders of high traffic, dirty mop water residue, white acid marks and trapped greasy splotches settled into the porous grout lines from years of previous ownerships made my skin crawl. Long term home or flip, you won’t regret the investment!!! They are pros and will have your tile restored to a respectable condition in no time! We called the Grout Brothers LLC to come and clean our tile and grout floors. The floors are 19 years old and had discolored places in the grout. The brothers showed up when they said they would. The first thing they did was to clean the floors with a degreaser and next they applied a combating grout color stain and sealer all done by hand. The floors look brand new again without the grout stains. the brothers did a fantastic job. give them a call and you won’t be disappointed.

My tile as well as grout look brand new! I would highly recommend them if you’re on the fence about grout and tile work. The cost was a little bit pricier then I expected but I understand that high quality ain’t cheap! It was 100% worth every penny.

OMG. The best decision I ever made was calling Grout Brother. Honest, affordable and excellent professional service! My new house shower grout never was sealed by my builder . It started turning weird colors . Tried everything. Just got worse. Never had this issue. Builder warranty inspection said they can power wash grout but it did nothing. Researched and called the Grout Brothers… Samuel acid washed many times to get all the stains out and sealed. Then did a regrout around the shower base perimeter. Looks almost like new ! Please seal your grout so this never happens to you. Thank you ever so much Grout Brothers! You guys are the best!

Cracked grout causing leaks into shower pan. It was worse than I thought. Not a doubt from the first call. They were quick to quote, friendly and easy in communication, and the best part was how quick the problem was solved. They were amazing. 10/10 recommended.
